The tomahawk steak is an incredibly tender steak with buttery, rich flavour. It is essentially a ribeye beef steak specifically cut with at least five inches of rib bone left intact with fantastic marbling for incredible flavour!

Best cooked from room temperature, in a pre heated hot pan or oven. Best served rare or medium. Season with salt & Pepper.

At Tori & Ben’s Farm, we do things properly. From the breeding and care of our herd of pedigree Longhorn cattle and flock of pedigree Texel, Jacob & Portland sheep to the way it’s dry-aged before being expertly butchered on site.

For us farming isn’t a job or a business – it’s a passion. At Park Farm in Melbourne we have created a farm and shop that is at the heart of the community, where everything is either reared at the farm or sourced locally from high quality suppliers.

The food we produce is the product of responsible farming in partnership with the environment producing delicious, natural, free range, extensively reared, grass & herb rich fed meat. It’s ethical, it’s honest, it’s sustainable, and it’s the best you’ll taste.
